    3. Payment and currency

    All payments are processed in Serbian dinars (RSD).

    Note on currency conversion:

    All payments will be made in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount debited from your payment card is calculated by converting the price from euros to Serbian dinars at the National Bank of Serbia's current exchange rate. When debiting your payment card, the same amount is converted to your local currency at the card association's exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there may be minor deviations from the original price displayed on our website.

    4. Delivery and delivery

    Products are sent within 1 to 7 working days after order confirmation. Delivery is available throughout Serbia through reliable courier services. Any possible restrictions, delays, or export restrictions will be clearly stated before finalizing the purchase.

    5. Return and refund

    You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order. Products must be unopened and in original condition. In case of unjustified returns, the buyer bears the cost of the return shipment.

    In case of return of goods and refund to a buyer who previously made a payment with a payment card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, hydrogen4life.rs will refund the funds to the user's payment card account.

    4. Complaint submission procedure:

    Complaints are submitted exclusively via email to the address sales@hydrogen4life.rs, with the obligatory indication of the order number, a description of the problem, and, if necessary, evidence (e.g., a photo of the product or a copy of the invoice).

    b. Deadline for submitting objections

    Objections must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

    c. Processing and response

    We respond to all objections within 5 working days, and the final decision is made within 10 working days.

    d. Solutions in case of a justified complaint

    The customer can choose between:

    • Refunds
    • Obtaining credit for future purchases

    The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition, unless damage is part of the complaint.

    We send instructions for returning the product after confirming that the complaint is justified.
